Returning
Library Materials
Most library materials
may be returned to any Duluth Public Library building: the Main
Library, Mt. Royal Branch or West Duluth Branch Library.
Most library materials
may also be returned to any library in the Arrowhead Library System
(Exception: Civil Service Test Books must be returned to a Duluth
Public Library building.). Materials must arrive at the Duluth
Public Library on or before the due date in order to avoid overdue
fines.

Return Library Materials:
- During open
hours, please bring materials to the Returns desk inside the
Library.

Bookdrops
are located on both the Michigan Street and Superior Street sides
of the building, built into the exterior walls of the library.
Free drop-off parking is available on Michigan Street near the
bookdrop.

The bookdrop
is built into the southwest wall of the library. It can be reached
by the sidewalk on the side of the building or by parking in
the drop-off parking zone and climbing the stairs to the sidewalk
level.

is built into the rear wall of the Library on the parking lot
side of the building.
